We pay 100% of the current market value which will be confirmed by a Independent Royal Institute Of Chartered Surveyor (RICS) on all properties valued up to £250,000.
70% is paid on completion and the remaining 30% is paid at the end of your tenancy agreement.
Sale and Rent Back gives you the security of a 10 year rent guarantee, with the flexibility of a Short Term Tenancy.
The rent is fixed from day one to year ten and will only increase at the rate of inflation or retail price index.
You can also buy your property back after 5 years at 10% below its market value at that time.

Equity is the difference between the market value of a property and the Mortgage or others loans against it. Therefore if your property is worth £100,000 and your mortgage is £45,000, your equity in the property is £55,000 (£100,000 less £45,000)
The price we offer for a property varies, but typically this will be up to 80% of the current market value on properties valued up to £250,000.
